ABOUT ME

I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa, the daughter of a reserved computer programmer and a volatile journalist.

I have written for as long as I can remember, mainly to entertain my friends, with the occasional poem, article or short story getting published - when I put my mind to it - but once I started working in demanding jobs, ranging from medical to computer programming, to engineering software support I lacked time for this passion.

I only realized recently what a mistake that was. Once I strted writing again, I discovered what I had been missing all those years.

As ideas occurred to me, I have been writing the stories around them, with the result that I have several books only awaiting editing. Since I have decided to start publishing, you can find me living in a quiet corner of my hometown with my placid children and a mute cat, quietly planning or editing another book.
